Kumon is the world’s largest after-school math and reading academic enrichment program with 16 million children enrolled in over 26,000 centers in 46 countries. Its founder, Mr. Toru Kumon, designed a series of worksheets to help his son to overcome these difficulties. It is said that his son was even able to solve integral calculus when he was just in primary six through this method.
Through continuous revision and improvement, Kumon is now helping more than four million students in over 45 countries around the world. They are famous for their everyday learning method that helps children learn math and reading concepts based on their ability. It emphasises on self-learning. To communicate these attributes Kumon came out with this innovative Calendar for kids that got them to become self-reliant and gain confidence to learn math through such Kumon materials at their own pace.
